Meet Eileen

Attorney Eileen Boyle Perich is an experienced problem solver of business disputes. She has a track record of negotiating favorable outcomes for her clients before a lawsuit is filed. But, when litigation is already in full swing or is inevitable, she’s ready to guide you through the legal process and achieve the best possible resolution.
In addition to disputes with third parties, Eileen enjoys tackling operational inefficiencies by creating actionable, legally-compliant policies and procedures for all types of organizations. Eileen also serves as a trusted counsel on many day-to-day challenges including contract review, internal and external investigations, and personnel matters.
During more than a decade of practicing law, Eileen has litigated or advised on cases involving contracts, business dissolution, breaches of fiduciary duties, employee and labor issues, and fraud. She is a savvy commercial litigator with experience clerking, at a litigation boutique, at AmLaw 200 law firm, and most recently at the Attorney General’s office in its Special Litigation bureau. She also served as interim Chief Legal Counsel at the Illinois Department of Labor.
If you work with Eileen, you’ll be informed and feel empowered throughout the engagement. She’ll listen closely, understand your business goals, and provide strategic legal advice. She’ll represent your interests and work tirelessly for your goals.
In her free time, she enjoys playing and listening to music, baking desserts, and being outdoors.
