As your small business’s outside or fractional general counsel, I can advise and consult with you about the legal hurdles facing your business so that the decision-makers can continue running the business.
As your business attorney, I am a resource to consult as problems arise. When your business is faced with a dispute, I will advise and take charge of resolving the dispute. My involvement will provide the business with sound legal advice and insulate the decision-makers from the stress of directly communicating with the opposing party.
My goal is to protect your business’s interests while preserving valuable business relationships whenever possible.

- Drafting settlement agreements to formally resolve disputes
- Counseling businesses on how to minimize the risk of future disputes through better internal governance procedures (conflicts, document retention policies, etc) and/or securing insurance coverage
- Training staff on compliance and risk management practices
- Conducting internal investigations to address challenging and sensitive personnel issues
- Representing businesses in mediation or arbitration
